Refund & Cancellation Policy

Under Art. 57(9) of the Bulgarian Consumer Protection Act, car rental services with a specified performance date are excluded from the general 14-day right of withdrawal under Art. 50 of the same Act. Instead, "Auto Aleya" Ltd. offers the following contractual cancellation policy:
Free Cancellation
The Customer may cancel a booking free of charge up to 72 hours before the agreed pickup time. In this case, the amount paid is refunded in full.
Late Cancellation
If cancelled less than 72 hours before the pickup date, the Company retains a fee equal to the first day's rental, and the remainder is refunded.
No-Show
If the Customer fails to arrive at the agreed date and time without prior notice, the amount paid is non-refundable.
Refund Method
Refunds are issued to the card used for payment, within 14 business days of the cancellation being approved.
